About the Toyota Hiace Minibus

When the group stops fitting in a car, this is the answer. The Hiace is the minibus that moves people across this region — conference delegates between hotel and venue, field teams out to site, wedding guests between the ceremony and the reception, and arrivals who landed together and would rather not split across three vehicles.

We hold two of them. One is a charcoal unit on black alloys, the other a silver one in standard trim; both are standard-roof Hiaces with glazing all the way down each side, so passengers get a view rather than a panel van. Air conditioning throughout, and a sliding side door that makes loading a group at a kerb quick.

Seating differs between the two units, so we confirm which one you are getting once we know the group size — tell us how many people and how much luggage and we will match the vehicle rather than have you discover the shortfall on the day.

Most clients take the Hiace with one of our drivers, which is how we would recommend it: a minibus in Lusaka traffic is a job for somebody who knows the city. Ask if you would rather drive it yourself and we will confirm what that needs.
