Airport Transfers

Being on the airport grounds changes the experience. There is no waiting for a vehicle to fight its way out from town, and no guessing whether your driver has left yet. We know when your flight is actually landing, not when it was scheduled to.

Send us your flight number and we track it. If you are delayed, diverted or come through immigration two hours late, that is our problem to absorb, not a missed booking. Your driver waits with a name board in arrivals.

We handle the return leg the same way, with a pick-up time set back from your check-in rather than from your departure, and we cover the other direction too: hotel to airport, town to airport, Lusaka to Livingstone or the Copperbelt by road.

Groups who landed together stay together — a Hiace minibus takes a delegation and its luggage in one vehicle instead of splitting it across three cars.

Transfers can be a one-off, a matched arrival-and-departure pair, or a standing arrangement for a company that meets visitors regularly.

Practical questions

What do you need from me?

Your flight number, arrival date and time, how many passengers and bags, and where you are going. That is enough to confirm.

What if my flight is delayed?

We track the flight and adjust. You do not need to call from the air — though if plans change entirely, a WhatsApp message helps.

Can I pick up a self-drive car at the airport?

Yes. We can hand a self-drive vehicle over on arrival and take it back on your departure, which saves a trip into town at both ends.

Do you do transfers to other towns?

We do — Livingstone, the Copperbelt, Chipata, Kafue and elsewhere by road. These are quoted per trip.
