About the Ford Everest XLT

The Everest is our second seven-seater, and it earns its place by being a genuinely different proposition to the Fortuner. It is built on the same ladder frame as the Ford Ranger, so underneath it is a working vehicle — but the cabin is set up for people rather than cargo, with three rows of seats and room for a family and their bags.

Ours is the XLT, finished in white, with a tow bar fitted at the rear and parking sensors on the back bumper. The tow bar is worth mentioning: if your trip involves a trailer, a boat or a camping setup, this is the vehicle in our fleet already set up for it.

It suits the same trips as the Fortuner — family travel, lodge and park runs, executive transport, long days on the road — so the choice between them usually comes down to which is free on your dates. Tell us what you are doing and we will tell you which one we would send.
