Local Legends Car Hire operates under Local Legends Travel Limited, a Zambian-owned transport and mobility company based in Lusaka. We were founded in 2023 on a simple belief: that getting hold of a vehicle should be simple, safe, flexible and organised around the client rather than the rental counter.
That shows up in small things. We hand vehicles over at the airport so an arrival does not start with a taxi into town. We put a condition check in writing so nobody argues about a scratch at the end. We quote properly for a driver's waiting time instead of billing surprises afterwards.

Our base is Hangar 6A at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport. That means no waiting for a vehicle to come out from town, and no guessing whether your driver has left yet.
Send us your flight number and we track it. If you are delayed or come through immigration late, that is ours to absorb — your driver is waiting in arrivals with a name board either way.
