Running your own fleet means capital tied up in vehicles, a maintenance schedule to manage, insurance to renew, resale value to worry about, and a replacement to find every time something is in the workshop. Hiring moves all of that onto us and turns it into a predictable monthly cost.

We work with companies, NGOs, embassies, contractors, mining and agricultural operations, and conference organisers. Typical arrangements are a vehicle allocated to an executive or a project for months at a time, a pool of double cabs for a field team, a minibus running delegates between hotel and venue, or a block of vehicles for the length of an event.

For multi-vehicle bookings we handle the coordination — matched vehicles where you need them uniform, drivers where you need them, and a single point of contact rather than a separate conversation per car.

Billing is consolidated, and we can invoice monthly against a purchase order. If a vehicle needs to go in for service, arranging the replacement is our job, not yours.

Practical questions

How many vehicles can you supply?

Tell us the requirement and the dates. Our own fleet is supplemented by vehicles we can bring in for larger bookings, so the honest answer depends on notice — give us as much as you can.

Can you invoice a company account?

Yes. We are a registered Zambian company with a TPIN and can invoice monthly, against a purchase order where you need one.

What happens if a vehicle breaks down?

You call us and we sort out a replacement. Keeping your people moving is the service you are paying for.

Do you supply drivers as well?

We do, either dedicated to a vehicle for the length of the hire or on the days you need them.
