Event transport is a logistics job wearing a nice suit. The vehicle matters, but what actually determines whether the day runs is whether someone has thought about the timings, the routes, where the cars wait, and who is responsible for the guests who arrive early.

So we plan it with you in advance: pick-up points and times, the order of vehicles, where the bridal car stages, how guests get between the ceremony and the reception, and what happens if the ceremony runs long — because it will.

For weddings, the GL-Class is the usual choice for the bridal car, with Fortuners for the party and family and a Hiace minibus moving guests between the ceremony and the reception. For graduations, anniversaries, corporate galas and VIP guest programmes we build the same plan at whatever scale is needed.

Vehicles arrive washed and detailed. Drivers arrive properly dressed and briefed. Book early for the June-to-September season, which goes quickly.

Practical questions

How far ahead should we book?

As early as you can, particularly for the June-to-September wedding season. Popular dates and the executive vehicles go first.

Can we see the vehicle beforehand?

Yes, and we recommend it. Arrange a viewing and you will know exactly what turns up on the day.

Do you decorate the bridal car?

We will fit decorations you or your planner supply. We do not supply them ourselves.

What if the ceremony runs late?

We plan for it. Event bookings are quoted with realistic waiting time built in rather than to the minute.
